Combined Pre-purchase Building & Timber Pest Inspection Package
- $400.00 +GST for three bedroom, single storey unit/house
- $430.00 + GST for four bedroom, single storey house
We can offer Combined Building & Pest Inspection Package to save your money and time.
Our termite inspectors and building inspectors will inspect the property according to the Australian Standard AS 4349.1 – 2007 & AS4349.3-2010 and in full compliance with these requirements. The full comprehensive reports give you a complete understanding the property condition. It’s usually 35+ pages with lots of photo evidence. With this package, you don’t need to arrange building inspection and pest inspection separately. We will organize a time with the estate agent, and as soon as we get a time confirmed we will get back to you. Report will be emailing to you within 8 hours upon completion of the inspection.
Pre-purchase Timber Pest Inspection in accordance with AS 4349.3-2010
