Internal timbers abutting concrete areas.
Ceiling and roof void.

Perform a professional exterior inspection including:

All structures within the immediate residential area, e.g. shed, garage.

We can offer Combined Building & Pest Inspection Package to save your money and time. Our termite inspectors and building inspectors will inspect the property according to the Australian Standard AS 4349.1 – 2007 and AS 4349.3-2010 and in full compliance with these requirements. The full comprehensive reports give you a complete understanding the property condition. It’s usually 30+ pages with lots of photo evidence. With this package, you don’t need to arrange building inspection and pest inspection separately. We will organize a time with the estate agent, and as soon as we get a time confirmed we will get back to you.
